Omarion dressed to impress as he stopped by the Breakfast Club earlier today.
The 29-year old was put in the hot seat – as usual – when Charlamagne, DJ Envy and Angela Yee quizzed the singer on his personal life, his supposed involvement in Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta, and the joyful news of him preparing for fatherhood.
The former B2K member had no shame to tell the world how the process of getting his girlfriend pregnant went down. According to him, there was a moment where he had to think about whether he was going to “shoot the club” up or not. Hilarious.
Omarion, who announced he was expecting his first child earlier this year, didn’t hold back to answer all types of questions that also included rumors he was gay and why the MMG record label (owned by Rick Ross) has put him in the freezer all these years.
There’s no denying that Omarion has released some “could’ve been” hits — in other words, he’s put out music that could’ve definitely been chart-topping tracks, but for one reason or the other, the label never backed him behind the project.
Nevertheless, we’re hoping those things are going to change now that he’s gearing up to release his latest album Sex Playlist. A release date is to follow in the forthcoming weeks.
Check out the full interview below. O has seriously grown up; rockin’ the beard, wearing suits to interviews, settling down to have a family, and talking with class — now that’s a come-up! Haha.
