Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Investigated for “Sexual” Willow Smith Instagram Photo with Moises Arias

jada pinkett smith willWill Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are under investigation for that infamous photo of Willow Smith laying in bed with her best pal, Moises Arias, 20.

The two, who’ve known each other for years, are caught in yet another scandal as child services are planning to make several visits over to Jada’s home to investigate the scenery along with a couple of interviews in hopes to get to the bottom of the situation.

If you keep up with the Smiths, you’d know that Moises is like a brother to Willow and Jaden Smith, and though the image may look “sexual” as some people said, when you know that Moises is considered in their household, it changes things completely.

But then, we can also consider the fact that Jada and Will give their children “as much freedom as they can handle,” which is pretty odd seeing that Willow is only 13-years of age.

Either way, sources reveal that the family are under investigation, and the process could take months before the whole thing gets settled — the photo caused such an outrage that the Smiths are now being watched carefully by the Los Angeles Department of Children And Family Services.

“Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well,” a source shared.

“This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution.”

Jada has commented on the situation earlier this month, calling the critics pedophiles for piling their trash on a photo that was not sexual at all.

Of course it’s easy to understand why someone may think the photo was sexual, but the pic shouldn’t have been posted in the first place! Now the family is going to be meeting up with social services for the upcoming weeks — something they could’ve prevented had that picture not been posted.
