The ‘Dancing With the Stars’ starlet famously dated Ryan for two years before ending her romance with the multi-millionaire back in 2013.
Word was that Ryan was way too busy to spend time with Julianne seeing that he was so caught up with ‘American Idol’ along with his radio show and other business ventures.
Being busy and getting your money isn’t a bad thing, but when it makes you spend less time with your girlfriend, then it becomes a problem.
It seems to be the thing that Julianne hinted at when she revealed: “Every relationship, there was nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right,” sorta saying that the romance was just never meant to be.
“There was nothing right,” signifies that she had nothing in common with Ryan. She can dance, he can’t. He’s got jobs all over the place, she’s locked in on a reality show. He makes lots of money, she makes a measly $100,000 pr season on DWTS. You see where I’m going with this?
Personally, I would’ve stayed with Ryan for the money. Or at least marry him and then divorce him. That way I wouldn’t have to cha-cha-cha for another ten years before I can retire from the ballroom and buy myself a decent mansion whilst having enough money to live comfortably.
“I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt. And I didn’t say what was on my mind because I didn’t want to ruffle any feathers,” she added.
“I needed to be perfect. But now I’m not holding anything back, because I’d rather get my heart broken than never know what it is to be completely, madly in love. If I had been this open in my last relationship, who knows?”
Julianne is now dating a hockey player named Brooks Laich.
