JK Rowling is back at it. Seven years have gone by since the last Harry Potter book, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” was released, but Rowling wasn’t done there. Making many Harry Potter fans very happy, JK Rowling has published a 1500-word story on Pottermore.
The story is written as an article in the ‘Daily Prophet’ by Rita Skeeter. Fast forward some years and imagine Harry Potter as a 34 years old. Apparently, he is turning grey and Ron is balding.
Similar to the FIFA World Cup, Harry and his wife Ginny and Ron and wife Hermoine attend the Quidditch World Cup. It’s also known that the four of them work in the Ministry of Magic, all with carrying jobs.
The amount of traffic the story brought to Pottermore caused it to crash. Some fans are dying to read a glimpse into the life of the new generation of teenage wizards, while others are anxious to hear what happened to Luna Lovegood or Neville Longbottom.
It seems like a great read, but don’t get your hopes up for another book. Mark Hutchinson, a spokesman for Rowling, has said “there are no plans for a new Potter novel”.
