The always-adorable Taylor Swift made a young boy’s dreams come true by giving him a performance of a lifetime.
On August 3, Taylor Swift took time out of her busy schedule to surprise six-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson, a cancer patient, at Boston Children’s Hospital Sunday.
Jordan, who has suffered throughout his young life from a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome, was recently diagnosed with leukemia last month reports have indicated.
“In the last 6 years he has overcome so much” and is “by far, the sweetest boy you could ever meet,” Jordan’s Facebook page, Jordan’s Brave Page, reported.
Once Taylor heard of Jordan’s brave and courageous journey, it didn’t take her long to please one of her biggest fans in the best way possible.
Based on a video taken by Jordan’s father, Swift can be seen serenading the young boy with her hit, “We Are Never Getting Back Together”.
It was insisted by Jordan himself that the 24-year-old pick her favorite song and perform it. Once Taylor decided upon the most upbeat song on her set list, the outgoing six-year-old couldn’t help but dance and sing along.
If that wasn’t enough to light up a young child’s face, Jordan got the opportunity to sit down and have a one on one conversation with the country pop star, even getting the chance to show off his mad skills playing air hockey with the artist.
“[Taylor] is an amazing person that brightened our sunshine’s day!!!,” Jordan’s Facebook page stated.
It sure seems that the Grammy award winner indeed has a heart of gold!
Swift didn’t forget to end Jordan’s incredible day without a kiss on the cheek, granting us with the most beautiful and heartfelt picture to date.
