According to a new lawsuit filed by V. Stiviano, Stiviano claimed to have never had sexual relations with Donald Sterling, due to the fact that the former Clippers owner is a homosexual.

The lawsuit erupted after Sterling’s wife, Shelly, allegedly claimed that V. Stiviano “accepted cars and property from Donald that he didn’t have the authority to give her,” TMZ reported.

The allegations apparently didn’t sit well with the model and former stripper.

Within the lawsuit, Stiviano stated that she was “not ever a sexual partner of Donald T. Sterling” and “believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts or sexual congress with males.”

The 31-year-old continued, stating that she was hired as Sterling’s “beard” by his wife Shelly in order to hide the fact that the Los Angeles Clippers owner was gay.

And that’s not all!

Allegedly, Shelly Sterling knew of the lavish gifts Donald gave to Stiviano as a part of the agreement.

As TMZ put it, Shelly was “acutely aware of [Donald’s] sexual orientation and condoned same as well as acknowledged and approved [Donald’s] gifts of money [to Stiviano].”

Donald Sterling’s “beard” isn’t having it and is suing both of the Sterlings for defamation, demanding 10 million in damages.

Stiviano claimed within her lawsuit that both Donald and Shelly gave her a bad name, spreading false accusations  that she took advantage of the 80-year-old by stealing his money and property.

The Sterlings have yet to comment on the recent lawsuit.

Donald’s racist persona was displayed for the world to see after Stiviano recorded the basketball owner making racist comments, especially in regards to African American men.

Donald’s actions have since led to his banning from the NBA and the selling of his team, the LA Clippers.
