Demi Lovato Admits to Miley Cyrus Feud: No Longer Friends

It seems like Demi Lovato’s feud with Miley Cyrus last year was her breaking point to no longer consider a BFF of hers.

How so?

Well, Demi has publicly admitted that she’s no longer pals with the songstress during a radio interview earlier today following a question that was asked by a fan, curious to know why Demi hadn’t been seen with Miley in a long time.

If you’re a fan of Demi or Miley, you’d know that these two were really close as their careers became busier and busier. Demi and Miley would be seen at events together throughout 2009.

But it’s all over now and Demi says it’s all down to the fact that Cyrus has changed as a person.

She responds by saying:

“Um…yeah…that, um…we’re, we’re like, we’re acquaintances. Yeah, it’s life, and people change, and, you know, I don’t have anything in common with her anymore, and I wish her all the best.”

It wouldn’t be far fetched to think that Demi’s feud with Miley’s assistant/best friend, Cheyne Thomas, was somewhat to blame for their falling out.

Cheyne mocked Demi’s time in rehab followed by nasty comments on the singer’s former drug addiction, leading the former X Factor judge tweeting out, “You are who your friends are,” which supposedly was seemingly aimed at Miley.

It does seem odd that not only does Demi have a falling out with Miley Cyrus, she’s also not on speaking terms with Selena Gomez, admitting earlier this year that Selena has also ‘changed’ which caused their drift.

Is it me or does everybody appear to be changing in Demi’s eyes. Maybe the actual problem is Demi and not the people she’s pointing the finger at — but that’s of course an arguable point seeing that there’s no real explanation as to why Selena and Miley aren’t pals with Demi no more.
