J. Cole’s forthcoming studio album ‘2014 Forest Hills Drive’ finally sees its tracklist confirmed.

The rapper, who – out of nowhere – announced the release of his third album earlier this month, is set to go head to head with Lil Wayne in hopes to beat ‘Tha Carter V’ upon its release early December.

Though, whether that will happen is still debatable.

Nevertheless, I – for one – am super excited about J. Cole’s new album.

Unfortunately, Cole has made no plans on releasing any singles prior to the release of the record, wanting to keep fans in suspense on what they could expect.

But for now, here’s the tracklist:

1. Intro

2. January 28th

3. Wet Dreamz

4. 03 Adolescence

5. A Tale of 2 Citiez

6. Fire Squad

7. St. Tropez

8. G.O.M.D.

9. No Role Modelz

10. Hello

11. Apparently

12. Love Yourz

Along with the release of J. Cole’s album on December 9th, sources have recently confirmed what inspired the rapper to name his album ‘Forest Hills Drive’.

Along with the recently released trailer, talking about the project and how it came together, Forest Hills Drive, North Carolina happens to be where Jermaine grew up. So, instantly I already sense a personal vibe from this, don’t you?

The house that Cole, his brother and his mother shared at the time was recently purchased… by Jermaine for $125,000.

Damn. It’s gotta be awesome going back to where you grew up being the big superstar that he i. And better yet, being able to buy the home you grew up in. There must be so many memories in that home.

Cop J. Cole’s ‘Forest Hills Drive’ next month.

I’ll be sleeping on Wayne’s CD whilst listening to Cole’s.
