Real Housewives’ Todd Tucker: Mother Pronounced Dead Post-Stroke Attack

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Todd Tucker has learned his mother, Miss Sharon, has died after falling ill earlier this week in New York.

The producer/reality star reportedly received a call on Monday by one of his mother’s friends, who explained the situation on how Miss Sharon had been hospitalized. Nobody really knew the severity of the case at the time.

It was later confirmed she had suffered a stroke.

Todd was said to have been in Atlanta at the time but immediately flew out to New York to be with his mom who — at this point — was in a coma and ended up passing away the following day (Tuesday).

Tucker then took to social media where he writes:

“Today I lost my partner, my ride or die my best friend! I don’t know what to do? I’m lost! My heart hurts so much! She was a fighter, a warrior for her son! It was me and her against the world! She’s in a better place!! Mom I love you to death! Rest in peace!”

So, so sad.

Kandi Burruss was said to have been out handling business in Los Angeles at the time, but it’s certain she’ll be in New York later this week to support her husband through this.

Miss Sharon’s appearance on RHOA never went unnoticed as she and Kandi’ mother, Joyce, were constantly at it with each other. Joyce would constantly make allegations that Todd’s father ‘was a pimp and his mother was a hooker’.

Words that were completely untrue.

I hope that Joyce finds it in herself to look at Todd as her son-in-law and accept him now that he’s lost one of the most important people in his life. He literally only has Kandi left at this point.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends closest to Miss Sharon.

Hi, my name is Merema. If learning about pop culture was a degree I could've studied when I decided to take on a three-year course at college, I would've probably had the highest grades in my class. But instead, I settled for a BA in Film and a Master's in Filmmaking.
