Beyonce: New Album Coming This Year, Source Predicts

Beyonce’s long-awaited forthcoming album is on its way, according to sources.

Bey, who is currently preparing for her second time performing at the Super Bowl halftime show alongside Coldplay, is believed to have already wrapped up working on the upcoming project, which insiders say is just months away from its release.

“It’s definitely coming soon,” the insider shared. “She’s been working on this since she finalised her self-titled record in 2013. She’s such an innovator and would never want to rush out a new album, but she feels right about it.”

With no actual release date for the album just yet, it should be noted that performers who usually take to the Super Bowl stage usually have a project ready that same year. Beyonce did it with her previous album, which has sold an impressive 4 million copies worldwide.

Not as impressive as Adele’s ’25,’ but that’s another story.

Should the ‘Bootylicious’ songstress decide to unveil her forthcoming project later this year, she may face some stiff competition from the likes of Rihanna and lady Gaga, who are both set to release new music this year, too.

During an interview with POWER 105.1’s Breakfast Club last year, rapper, Future, revealed to the show’s co-hosts that he had been in the studio with Beyonce for several recording sessions.

And considering that the material he produced wit Beyonce was not featured on his recent album, it is believed to have been studio sessions for the 34-year-old’s record.

Again, this is just speculation — the music Future recorded with Beyonce may have just been some stuff the twosome worked on, but nobody actually knows what will make the cut and when the Queen will want to release her latest effort.

All we know is that it’s coming this year, so Bey prepared!
